She began her career in the corporate sector where she gained extensive experience in a range of positions including in operations, marketing, regional sales, and business development. Her career then progressed into the areas of leadership development, culture change and human potential, where she has helped her clients amplify leadership skills, adopt effective behaviours, and achieve sustainable results.
