Over an intensive 3 month critical transition period, two successive cohorts of about 20 leaders individually worked with an IECL Coach. Each leader underwent a mini-360-degree feedback exercise through the conduct of stakeholder interviews, three-way alignment and review meetings with their line manager and Coach and regular coaching sessions.
