The coach education market is crowded and often confusing. These two hour "Open Day" sessions are designed to provide the space and time for more detailed discussion of coach education and IECL's Organisational Coaching offer in particular.
You will have the opportunity to meet with IECL faculty and have all your coach education questions answered. Our faculty are experienced organisational coaches themselves and will be there to answer your questions and provide a forum for discussion around the important topic "why coaching, and why now"?
The two sessions are the same, at different times of day to cater for all global time zones; register for the one that suits you! We look forward to meeting you to explore your coach education plans and questions.
“You challenged my thinking to gain a sense of clarity in a complex world. I discovered who I am as a leader and the direction for our organisational culture.”
Fantastic introduction to organisational coaching. Thoroughly enjoyed it and learned a lot.
“I am in dual roles with enormous responsibility. Before the program, it would have been overwhelming. But now I feel confident and with ease walking into ambiguity and new areas I don't know. I can only thank you for that. I am forever grateful for your coaching. There are no words to even describe it.”
