COACHING EXPERIENCE

TV has been coaching executives since 2009, both face-to-face and virtually. TV coaches senior executive transitioning, business leaders in leadership skills and behaviours across a broad range of industries including, manufacturing, FMCG, financial, retail, business services, software development and start-ups.

TV deploys various coaching styles to meet the counterpart coaching requirements, enabling the counterpart to get clarity in terms of goals, values and needs. TV provides perspective that leads to making changes for the better.

BUSINESS EXPERIENCE

TV worked for a Fortune 100 MNC in leadership positions in marketing, business development and general management. He spent over 25 years in the Asia Pacific region based in Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong and Taiwan. He established himself as an expert in managing across cultures, business strategy and in successfully operating several joint ventures. TV started mentoring high potential and corporate promotable executives between 2000 and 2008. In 2009, TV undertook ICF affiliated Coach Training to obtain his credentials with ICF. He was credentialed as a Professional Certified Coach in 2012 and currently retains the level.
