Oscar’s approach combines theory, neuroscience and his practical experience across many organisations, geographies, and industries.
BUSINESS EXPERIENCE
Oscar is a technology industry veteran with over 30 years’ experience in software across sales, marketing, operations and product development at Microsoft, PeopleSoft, and Vodafone. At Microsoft, he led the 5-year journey to move Microsoft Office from DVDs to the Data Centre and their subscription business model. Oscar is the head of coaching faculty for The Marketing Academy Australia, supervising 30 executive coaches.
