Oscar is an experienced coach and coach supervisor with deep expertise in leading systemic change across industries including financial services, media, professional services, internet, software, and technology organisations.

He creates his most significant impact when working with boards and executives who are looking to solve complex issues relating to organisational growth locally and globally.

Oscar’s coaching style is challenging and direct. He invites leaders to explore beyond the immediate and obvious. He enjoys working with leaders who are on a quest to bring about sustainable long-term change and impact. Oscar’s approach combines theory, neuroscience and his practical experience across many organisations, geographies, and industries. 

BUSINESS EXPERIENCE

Oscar is a technology industry veteran with over 30 years’ experience in software across sales, marketing, operations and product development at Microsoft, PeopleSoft, and Vodafone. At Microsoft, he led the 5-year journey to move Microsoft Office from DVDs to the Data Centre and their subscription business model. Oscar is the head of coaching faculty for The Marketing Academy Australia, supervising 30 executive coaches.
