Our accredited coach training programs are open to mature professional people with some experience in the corporate arena (public or private). Ideally, trainees also hold a degree or some equivalent work-life experience. There are no age limits or specific prerequisites for participating in IECL coach education, however we do expect you to bring a learning mindset and some experience in how organisations (of any kind) operate. Each level of training requires the previous level to be completed first and the specific pre-requisites are outlined for each course.

IECL coach education in Singapore is always conducted in English.
