At IECL we have been training team coaches since 2013. Our program will build on your strong foundation of individual coaching skills and help you develop so that you can work with complex team systems. As well as being ICF approved our program has full subject credit status at Charles Sturt University (note: you need to complete additional assignments for CSU credit, and a small marking fee applies).
