COACHING EXPERIENCE

Britta is an IECL Level 2 certified coach and has been working with leaders in developing coaching capability since 2008. To date her individual coaching has focused on career and development of leaders, and the strategic, people and operational challenges and opportunities that middle to senior leaders’ face in their roles. She has worked with leaders in a variety of sectors including finance, energy and retail and is comfortable coaching in both face-to-face and virtual environments.

Calm, attentive, empathic, and curious, Britta meets you where you are and supports you to get to where you want to be. She emphasises building trust, being a thinking partner, and helping your light to shine brighter. She also holds you to account where you need it, to test ways of thinking and being that no longer serve you and explores contextual meta factors which may be relevant to your goals.

BUSINESS EXPERIENCE

Britta is a Chartered Organisational Psychologist with 21 years in external and internal consulting roles, leading end-to-end design and implementation of leadership development initiatives, across multiple industries, cultures, and leadership levels. This includes 4 years in an international role in Shell, transforming the company’s approach to professional-level learning and development. She is passionate about lifelong learning and the continuing evolution of humanity to meet the challenges of today and the future.
