IECL is a proud provider of International Coaching Federation (ICF) Coach Education, Level 1 (ACC), Level 2 (PCC) and AATC (Advanced Accreditation in Team Coaching). Our History

We have a strong partnership with ICF (the International Coaching Federation) and our coach training is ICF accredited, which means that all our coaches are trained in the ICF core competencies and can be recognised as qualified coaches around the globe.

1999

    • AIEC Founded by John Matthews and Anne Gorman in Bellevue Hill, Sydney
    • First Level 1 coach training is held and first associate coach joins

2000

    • First Level 2 coach training

2002

    • First employee hired; Mandy Geddes

2003

    • Julie and Barry Parkinson,and Chip McFarlane buy into the company and we set up for scale
    • Move to 343 George Street, Sydney

2004

    • Change of name to Institute of Executive Coaching Australia (IECA)
