Maria has been coaching since 2001. She oversaw the coaching practice of a global talent management consultancy and has significant experience delivering executive, group and team coaching programs, providing coaching supervision and mentoring to other coaches and facilitating leader and manager coach, leadership, and change management workshops. Maria has worked across many sectors, including banking and financial services, technology, professional services, telecommunications, pharmaceutical and healthcare, mining, energy/utilities, FMCG, aviation, education, government, and non-profits.

Her strength as a coach is her ability to use applied positive psychology and evidence-based models and techniques to help counterparts gain greater personal insight, confidence, and clarity of purpose to improve individual and organisational performance quickly in changing environments.
BUSINESS EXPERIENCE
Maria has held senior leadership, executive coaching and talent management roles with global human resource consultancies and owned and operated her own businesses in the US and Australia. She previously worked for national and international law firms in the UK and Australia as an insurance litigator. Maria serves/has served on several non-profit boards, e.g., the International Coach Federation Australasia Chapter, Coeliac NSW & ACT, Women Lawyers Association of NSW and Playgroup NSW.
