Pooja has worked in the agrochemical, pharmaceutical, renewable, tech and F&B industries for 18 years in the capacity of VP, President, and CEO. With her base in India and Singapore, she oversaw and worked closely with Germany, China, and APAC markets. She has extensive business experience and has helped businesses build strong teams with strong cultures adopting the principles of DEI in her leadership style. Through her own experiences, she helped build ethical leadership with strong succession teams and aligning the visions of the teams.
