The IECL ACC Pathway Package includes the following three courses:

• IECL Organisational Coaching Level 1 Certification
• IECL Organisational Coaching Level 1 Accreditation
• ACC Mentoring and Performance Evaluation

One invoice will be issued for the total amount of the package (at 10% off the full member or non-member rate, and at early bird rates as long as your first course is far enough in the future - we can help with dates to ensure you get the best available price). Full payment must be made before the commencement of the first course, as aligned with our Coach Education Programs Terms and Conditions. Due to the discounted rates offered, payment plans are not available for this package. If you require a payment plan, please purchase the courses separately or email our team at info@iecl.com

The ACC Pathway Package is intended as a 12-month fast-track to completing the education requirements of the ICF’s ACC journey. Upon registration, you will be asked to select specific workshop dates for your Level 1 Certification and Level 1 Accreditation courses. Please see the next section on Deferrals and Cancellations for any change of workshop dates.

You will also have the option to complete your ACC Mentoring and Performance Evaluation concurrently with your Level 1 Accreditation course, or after your Level 1 Accreditation course. Again, we are happy to discuss your individual timing if you are unclear.

To cancel your registration for the full ACC Pathway Package:

• If you have not attended any courses yet, please refer to our standard Coach Education Programs Terms and Conditions - Cancellation and Deferral Policy.

• If you have attended the Level 1 Certification but decide not to complete the rest of the package, you are eligible to either:
  A) use the remaining paid credit towards other courses of your choice, within the 12 month period, or
  B) notify IECL within 2 months of your Level 1 Certification workshop finish date to pay only the Certification course at the full recommended retail price at the time of notification and be refunded the rest of the package fee.

• If you have attended the Level 1 Certification and the Level 1 Accreditation, then decide not to complete the ACC Mentoring & Performance Evaluation, you are eligible to use the remaining paid credit towards another IECL course of your choice, within the 12 month period.

To defer your registration of a particular course within the Pathway:

• If you wish to change the dates of your workshop or mentoring sessions, refer to our standard Coach Education Programs Terms and Conditions - Cancellation and Deferral Policy. Note that a new course date must be provided for deferrals.
  If you are unable to attend all synchronous/live workshop hours, refer to our Coach Education Programs Terms and Conditions - Incomplete Attendance Policy.
• If you have registered for a virtual course and intend to change to a face-to-face course, the above policies apply first and then an invoice will be raised for any price difference.
• If you have registered for a face-to-face course and intend to change to a virtual course, the above policies apply first and then you will be refunded any price difference.

In addition:

• The full ACC Package Pathway must be completed within a 12-month period, starting from the commencement of your Level 1 Certification course.
• Extensions may be granted by written notice to coach.training@iecl.com Any incomplete courses without written notice to IECL and the approval of an extension will be forfeited.
• If delays to the completion of the ACC Pathway are due to unforeseen IECL course cancellation or unavailability of suitable dates, you will be rebooked to another course date of your choice, without repercussion.

Upon completion of the IECL ACC Pathway, you will have received three IECL certificates (one for each course) listing the number of completed training hours. The next step for you is to apply to ICF for your ACC credential, once you have completed 100 hours of logged coaching (minimum of 75 of those hours must be paid coaching, which can include any coaching where there is an exchange of something of value, for example peer coaching practice via IECL Membership or similar exchanges of coaching).
