More about the ACC Credential

ACC is the ICF’s first level of credentialing. To attain your ACC you need over 60 hours of coaching education and 100 hours of coaching experience. You’ll also need 10 hours of mentor coaching by a qualified mentor. IECL’s ACC/Level 1 Pathway provides all of this except the 100 hours of coaching - you need to do your own practice (and log it!) and we support that through IECL Membership Peer Coaching Practice (PCP).

This pathway starts with Level 1 Certification, which teaches IECL’s four core foundations of organisational coaching, and provides all the skills and tools you need to get started as a coach. More information about Level 1 Certification can be found here. The next step after Level 1 Certification is Level 1 Accreditation, followed by our ACC Mentoring & Performance Evaluation.
