Her work spans the Austral-Asia region where Toni is equally adept coaching in-person or virtually, reflecting the global nature of work and leadership of her clients.

Growing up in a family business prepared Toni for a corporate career, often in unchartered territory, where resilience, collaboration and working with diversity were critical capabilities. She has led regional and global HR teams in professional and financial services firms, lived and worked out of Australia, Hong Kong, India, Malaysia, and the UK, and continues to share her expertise as coach and facilitator with counterparts across five continents.
